Review :Bubba-Ho-Tep Special Edition DVD

It rules, it just totally rules.

I am now glad i missed out on the chance to see this in the cinema. There is just something about seeing certain movies in the cooziness of your own home that ads to them.

Bruce and friend's have some pretty good special features (Including Elvis with commentary about the film)

The Movie had alot of charecters of the 50s and 60s americana in a nursing home, and as my own Grandparents are slipping out of their best years this film made me reflect on how older folks feel when they are locked away in a place like this. A war hero, the Lone Ranger, The King of Rock N Roll, heck even JFK dyed black all locked away.

Bruce did his best work i have to say in this film. Ash is great and humerous and all that, but with this film he really acted. In the segways where we hear Elvis voiceover, i really get the sense that *IF* Elvis is still alive somewhere out there he would be like the Elvis in Bubba Ho Tep

And a sequal is coming out, Elvis fighting vampire's in the Bayou

Something i now look forward to

If you haven't seen Bubba Ho Tep, do yourself a favor and see it
