What the **** is wrong with Washington State

Took a Morning stroll over to Michelle Malkin, and saw from the state that shows us you have to prove folks intended to defraud when they voted for dead people... Has further went along to screw up the American political system. Radio Equalizer, a great source for anything Talk Radio has some action here and here on it. The Liberal Seatlle Slimes gets it 100% on target here

Yes Two Talk Radio DJ's didn't like a particular iniative plan for a new highway bond bill. So their support on their show of the No campaign is now a contribution. Well how in the heck can you measure a thing like that? How is that remotely possible?

The campaign duly estimated the value of Wilbur's and Carlson's support at $10,000 each for the month of May, and reported it to the government.

See what is being done here. The judge is following a simple syllogism:

All political contributions may be regulated;

Speech is a political contribution;

Therefore, speech may be regulated.

This is the ultimate endproduct of McCain-Feingold ( an intresting factoid as both men are expected to be in the 08 race)

Talk Radio has now joined bloggers as "Dangerous speech" which needs to be regulated.

Two years ago, when the federal campaign-finance law reached the U.S. Supreme Court, dissenting justices Antonin Scalia and Clarence Thomas warned that something like this would happen. We doubted it; it seemed clear to us that the law applied to ads, not editorial content. We thought Thomas was over the top when he said campaign-finance law was leading toward "outright regulation of the press."

Judge Wickham has made a step toward just that. It is a dangerous, unconstitutional ruling. The losers need to appeal it and the appellate courts need to reverse it.

This needs to go down in hot firey death. The ACLU needs to come out and every other group that cares or says they care about the constitution. This is without a doubt the most dangerous assault on our free speech to date.

Because this blog is making political speech, and what is the value of my words?
how about your bumper sticker?
or your conversation to your friend?

We have a constitution with a bill of rights to lay out big red lines which the government shall not pass. And when they pass the red line they need to be severely beaten.
