Ok let me sum it up for you "Trust the President" folks out there.
The Conservatives have been asked to trust the president 2-3 times as much as the President has given them what they want.
This is a psychological build up which has been brewing for some time. Harriet Miers is just the match which lit off the powder keg. From McCain-Feingold to his grotesque medicare prescription drug plan a lot of conservatives have been eating their disagreement with the president for some time. And that has created an explosive situation.
