Debra was arrested twice because she had sex with the child across county lines in a car. Hillsborough had offered a plea because the childs parents did not want all of the media attention on their son. Marion county rejected the plea.
While I am sympathetic to the Parents wishes in this, I got to go with the Judge in Marion County. We need to make sex crimes against children fair so we can start to weed out sicko's who use positions of power to rape people.
